AS A SHOE SUPERVISOR A TYPICAL DAY INCLUDES THE FOLLOWING:
Developing, coaching, training, and retaining talentDriving sales through engagement of guests, suggestive selling, and sharing product knowledgeChampioning our Loyalty program.
Ensure your team can inform, educate, and promote the benefits, features and offerings that reward our guest and/or enhance their shopping experienceExecuting and leading shoe department merchandising direction and standards, product flow, inventory flexing, adjacencies, planograms, and store operations functions to ensure consistency of brand experienceUtilizing business reports to guide decisions, and hold self and other accountable to high-performance standards and resultsUnderstanding and usage of company standard software, systems, and proceduresInspiring and motivating a team of shoe associates to deliver results through clear and concise feedback and coachingCreating a sense of teamwork, collaboration, and engagement among associatesPerforms other duties as assigned WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR IN A BEALLS FLORIDA SHOE SUPERVISOR:
High School Diploma or equivalent is preferred1-2 years minimum of supervisory experience preferredEffective interpersonal and communication skillsWorks well both independently and within a team environmentStrong problem-solving skillsUtilization of PDA and POS SystemsWork varying hours and schedules to include mid shifts, nights, weekends, and holidaysPHYSICAL DEMANDS:
Must have adequate vision, speech, hearing, and physical ability to perform essential job functions, with or without reasonable accommodationsMust be able to lift, push, pull and carry at least 20 poundsMust have full body rotation and mobility (i.
e.
- bending, stopping, twisting, and reaching)Must possess a valid driver's license and reliable transportationAbout the Company:

Estimated Salary: $20 to $28 per hour based on qualifications.
